What we collect

When you submit a request, from the request form or from the cost calculator, we collect the information you enter: your name, your phone number and email address (the request form needs a phone number and the cost calculator an email address; the other is optional), your ZIP code, your answers to the form's or the calculator's questions, anything you type in the description field. We also record the page you submitted from, the referring page, and any campaign parameters in the URL. The cost calculator's answers are only sent if you submit a request.

How we use it

We use your details to follow up about the project you described, and the rest to run and improve the site.

Sharing with independent contractors

Salem Siding Pros is operated by H. Mae LLC, which does not perform the work itself. When you submit a request, H. Mae LLC shares the details you entered with an independent, licensed siding contractor or other service provider who serves your area, so that they can contact you by phone, text or email about the work and quote it. That siding contractor sets its own prices, contracts with you directly and is responsible for its work. H. Mae LLC may be compensated by the siding contractors or service providers who receive requests.

We do not sell your information.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people use. It records pages viewed and whether a call, email or form submission happened. It does not receive what you type into the form.

Storage

Submitted requests are stored in a database we control, and notification emails are sent through an email service provider. Photos you attach are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
